Richard Decker was a camper at Falcon in the 1960s, and a counselor in the early 1970s. He truly loved, appreciated, and thrived in the Falcon environment. His involvement with Falcon contributed significantly to his growth and development as a person. Sadly, we lost Rich to cancer in 1983. In his honor, his family established…
